Terms & Conditions:
- Savings Scheme has 12 installments.
- Last installment will be given as Bonus by SATHYA (as per Bonus criteria)
- Payments to be done through sathya.in online portal only
- Customer can purchase products only in Sathya.in site.
- Cash refunds are not applicable.
- All applicable taxes to be borne by customer at the time of purchase
- Maximum tenure of this scheme will be 2 years.
- Extending the scheme beyond the tenure is not applicable.
- SATHYA has the rights to amend any of the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdictions of Thoothukudi Court only.
Bonus Criteria:
- Bonus will be applicable after successful completion of 11 paid installments.
- Bonus amount will be equal to 1 month installment maximum.
- Bonus will be provided after 30 days of 11th installment paid.
- Bonus not eligible for customers, in case of pre closure of savings scheme.
